About the play:

“Tartuffe”, or “The Impostor”, or “The Hypocrite” - First performed in 1664, this is one of the most famous theatrical comedies by Molière. The characters of Tartuffe, Elmire, and Orgon are considered among the greatest classical theatre roles.
